![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I did notice my reading fell pretty much into two genres because of the algorithm spiral (monster/paranormal romances and cozy mysteries) but I’m sure if I’d searched more independently I’d have found more variety.įor me, I don’t think I’d take out a regular KU subscription at the moment (although, you can see at the bottom, there were plenty of books that caught my eye and I didn’t have time for), but I might take out a month here-and-there, when I’m in a particularly mood-reading mood. Other than that, I just let the suggestions from Amazon guide me. I picked up a couple of books I’d spotted around blogs/twitter ( How to Bite Your Neighbor and Win a Wager and Morning Glory Milking Farm) and I’d meant to try something from Katee Robert but just didn’t get around to it. I found some really great books (and authors I’ll keep an eye out for more from) during my trial. ![]() I read ten books and tried twelve new-to-me authors. Subscription-wise, I already have Audible and Scribd, so it’s unlikely I’d add another, but I did enjoy what I got. I read on my kindle a lot, and decided to take out the free trial for Kindle Unlimited last month just because I was in the mood to see what it covered. I should probably point out right from the off, this is an entirely unsponsored, unpromoted post. ![]()
